Our coaches are active athletes with solid experience and recognized qualifications. We deliberately avoid standard one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, Bardogs focuses on clean technique and sensible progressions for a training style that is healthy and effective in the long run.

In personal training, individual attention is the focus. Your coach concentrates fully on your execution and adapts each session to your daily form and long-term goals. Your training is supported by our companion app: you have access to your training plan at any time, can document your progress, and stay in contact with your coach outside of live sessions. This creates a structure that moves you forward sustainably.

Training structure

The training structure is tailored to your needs. Whether you want to learn a new skill, improve your training, return from an injury, lose weight, or get fitter for everyday life—we adapt every personal training session specifically to your goal and plan your journey together.

Bardogs experience

Our personal training combines athletic expertise with personal support. The coaches are active athletes with years of experience in calisthenics and functional training. Many clients become part of the community and grow into the Bardogs vibe. Personal training is often the start of a long-term training path.

Partner & small-group training

Benefit from maximum attention together with your friends: at Bardogs you can do your personal training as a pair at no extra cost. Depending on the membership, you can train for as little as CHF 55.– to 70.– per person. We also offer small-group PT at reduced rates. Contact us and we'll create the right offer for your shared training goal.
