Ramón Ramírez has been an apprentice at Bardogs since August 2025 and is training to become a specialist in Movement and Health Promotion. He developed a great enthusiasm for sport and movement early on — an interest that still shapes his daily life. Ramón trains daily himself and leads an active lifestyle. Besides calisthenics, football is his great passion: he currently plays for FC Blue Stars and for the Guatemala national team. He started playing football at the age of five, reflecting his long-standing sporting experience and discipline. His decision to pursue an apprenticeship in movement and health was driven by the desire to share his passion for sport with others. Ramón found Bardogs through its special community, which he experiences as indescribable, open and likeable. Both the gym and Bardogs events further motivate him and strengthen his connection to the training culture. His vision is to become a professional footballer while helping people overcome themselves, find joy in movement and train sustainably. He always wants to keep his positive, happy and likeable nature.

At the Home of Bardogs I learn every day: Hard work pays off — whether it’s the last rep or getting up early.
