How It Works

We’ll start with a short theory session. You’ll learn how different disciplines use handstands. We’ll analyze proper alignment and identify common compensatory movements.

Then we’ll get straight into the practical part. We’ll start with a specific warm-up. You’ll develop the mobility and body tension you need for a safe handstand. During the in-depth practice sessions, we’ll work through the basics and foundational exercises in detail. You’ll learn how proper body positioning and deliberate control with your hands help you achieve true balance. Finally, we’ll give you a preview of advanced strength moves, such as the press to handstand and handstand push-ups. We’ll wrap up the workshop with an open Q&A.

The biggest mistake people make with handstands? They all want to go upside down right away. Focus on developing complete control instead. The time will come naturally.
