The training starts with a technical section where combinations, movement sequences, and defense are specifically trained. This is followed by an intense workout that improves your endurance, strength, and speed. You will be challenged but built up step by step. This way you not only develop technique but also the physical foundation needed for effective Muay Thai training.

The perfect mix of technique and an all-out workout! The Muay Thai class challenges me every time and is the best way to completely clear my head after work.
