HYROX combines running with functional strength exercises and challenges your entire body. In competition, eight rounds alternate between one kilometer of running and a specific workout station. These include SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpees, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Lunges, and Wall Balls. We bring these exact demands directly into our class. However, we always adjust the intensity so that every fitness level can keep up optimally.

Our training structure combines endurance, strength, and functional movement. You’ll learn how to pace your energy correctly and perform exercises cleanly, even under high strain. We tailor the weights and intensity to your level individually. Whether you want to simply improve your overall fitness, prepare for your first HYROX, or increase your competition performance: we’ll get you to your goal.

Tim and Tamara lead the HYROX class. Both regularly compete as active athletes in competitions. Their personal experience from races flows directly into your training. You benefit from practical coaching with a clear focus on performance.

In addition, Bardogs is an officially verified HYROX gym. That means you can prepare specifically for your competitions with us and compete directly under our name. We are a community that pushes each other, trains with passion, and grows beyond ourselves together.
