The Open Day is the perfect opportunity to get to know our training and try out Calisthenics, Functional Training and our classes without obligation. In the morning there are guided classes that you can join for free. Ideal for beginners, interested parties, or anyone who just wants to get a taste of Bardogs.

In the afternoon the Open Gym is available free of charge. You can use the gym freely, get to know the community, and get a real impression of the Home of Bardogs. Whether you're just starting out or simply curious, the Open Day is the ideal introduction.

The best way to find out if the vibe and the training suit you? Just come by and train with us.
