This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to learn the Muscle Up in a structured way or perfect their technique. Together with Aco you'll work on the decisive fundamentals. From correct body tension to understanding the explosive pull and transition movement: theory and practice are directly linked so you can immediately apply what you've learned on the bar.

In the technique part the most important progressions are explained step by step. You will learn how to choose the right exercises for your level, plan your training efficiently and recognise common errors early. The goal is to give you a clear system for long-term progress on the bar.

A strong Muscle-Up is no accident, but the result of explosive strength, precise technique and consistent training. Those who build the fundamentals cleanly will find the movement becomes seemingly effortless over time.
