This workshop is absolutely beginner-friendly while also offering valuable depth for those who want to perfect their technique. We teach you the fundamental basics of calisthenics training. We show you how to build your training sensibly, structure it logically and plan it for the long term. The essential basic exercises are the focus: pull-ups, push-ups, dips and squats.

Additionally, you will get an exclusive insight into central calisthenics skills such as Muscle-Up, Handstand, Front Lever and Back Lever. Together we analyse the movement sequences of these exercises and show you which progressions make sense for your level so you can train safely and injury-free.

Only those who master the basic building blocks of training can grow beyond their own limits.
