Mobility means more than just passive stretching. We actively work on joint range, stability and control. Through dynamic movements, stretching and functional drills you learn to move your body more efficiently and release tension. Ideal for preventing injuries, improving posture and becoming generally more fluid in movement.

The Mobility Class is perfect for anyone who wants more freedom of movement, fewer tensions and better body performance. In 60 minutes we combine active mobilization, deep stretching and stability work, always adapted to your level.
