From the first kick-up to a free handstand or the handstand press: anyone can learn the handstand — regardless of age or fitness level. We guide you safely, structurally and patiently toward your individual goal.
This class is all about controlled overhead balance. Our coaches analyze your technique and show individual progressions that match your level and challenges exactly. Strength, balance and mobility are built systematically so you learn safely, gain confidence and stabilize your handstand step by step — clear, structured and goal-oriented.
I love the classes. I get much closer to my physical limits than I used to in the gym and have made enormous progress. My personal goal is to master the handstand.
The Handstand Class combines professional instruction with an open, motivating atmosphere where everyone is welcome. You learn progressions such as wall handstand, tuck balance, line control and the free handstand. Each session is clearly structured and designed to help you progress individually.
