
Our Female Class is specifically designed for women and offers an environment where you feel safe, comfortable and motivated. Only women train together here, supporting each other and growing beyond themselves. The focus is on lower-body strength, stability and functional fitness, complemented by technical exercises like handstand or core work. A class that combines strength, fun and confidence.
The session is clearly structured: we start with an activating warm-up, followed by a technical skill segment — for example, handstand. After that comes an intense full-body workout with a focus on the lower body. Each exercise is individually adapted so every woman can train at her level and experience noticeable progress.
I love training at Bardogs because it has a real family vibe. There are no prejudices, everyone knows each other’s name and it just feels right here. As a woman I feel completely comfortable training here.
